Refund policy

We offer a 14 day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your item.

Eligibility

Returns and exchanges must be:

• Unworn and unused

• Returned in original packaging including jewellery boxes and pouches

• With all original tags attached. Rings must have their original tags attached

Note: Items showing wear, damage, or alteration and clearance sale items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Contact us via our Contact Page with:

• Full name

• Order number

• Photos of the items

• Reason for return or exchange

Please allow up to 72 hours for a response Monday to Friday

Important Information

• Customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs

• We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit

• Refunds cover the item value only. Original shipping is non refundable

• Any item returned without prior approval will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled after being placed. Unwanted orders must be returned after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report defects, damage, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery

Non Returnable Items

• Earrings

• Rings without tags

• FINAL CLEARANCE SALE items

Refunds

• Notification within 7 days of receiving your return

• Refunds issued to the original payment method

• Allow 5 to 7 working days for the funds to appear
