We offer a 14 day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your item.

Returns and exchanges must be:

Returned in original packaging including jewellery boxes and pouches

With all original tags attached. Rings must have their original tags attached
Note: Items showing wear, damage, or alteration and clearance sale items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled after being placed. Unwanted orders must be returned after delivery.
